A bank website redesigned around its customers

Challenge
A leading Greek bank was moving its public website to Sitecore and wanted it redesigned around customers.
What we did
Led research, benchmarking, journeys, UX/UI, the visual language and the Design System.
Result
A customer-led site on the new platform, and a Design System for every team that follows.

Challenge
The same bank’s intranet needed transforming for its employees.
What we did
Lead designer: employee research, information architecture and UX/UI on the shared design language.
Result
A redesigned intranet, consistent with the bank’s public channels.

Personas and prioritised flows, designed and tested with users.

Why do design systems fail?

Because they are treated as a component library. Without owners, governance and a team practice, they drift, and every team goes back to designing its own.

What is a design system?

Shared tokens, components, patterns and guidance, plus the team practice to maintain them, so many teams build consistent products without redesigning the basics.

What is an AI-compatible design system?

One structured so AI tools can use it as reliably as people: named tokens, documented components and clear rules, so generated designs and code stay on-brand and accessible.
